Relate-360 is a family-and-relationship discovery app that helps you connect with relatives and friends, join family “Circles,” and visualize how you’re related. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the Relate-360 mobile app and related services.
Relate-360 is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We use age signals at sign-up (a declared date of birth and/or Apple’s Declared Age Range) to identify and exclude under-13 users, and we apply additional safety protections to accounts identified as belonging to minors (13–17). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact privacy@relate-360.com and we will delete it.
You provide / your login provider provides:
• Account & profile: name, display information, profile photo, email address (or a unique login identifier), and date of birth (or an Apple-provided age range).
• Authentication: you sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, or FamilySearch. We receive only the limited profile data those providers share to create and maintain your account.
• Family / relationship data: relationships you add or that are derived from integrated services (e.g., FamilySearch) to identify how people are connected.
• Content you share: posts, messages, photos and other media, and the Circles you create or join.
Collected automatically:
• Device & diagnostics: device type, operating system, app version, crash/diagnostic data.
• Usage: in-app activity such as connections made, Circles joined, and relationships viewed.
We do not collect precise background location, and we do not build advertising profiles.
• Create and operate your account and the family-graph/Circle features.
• Identify and visualize relationships between people on the platform.
• Deliver messaging and media features, and keep them safe.
• Protect users — especially minors — through content-safety and moderation systems, and enforce our Terms.
• Provide support, diagnose problems, and improve reliability and features.
• Comply with legal obligations.
Chat content is encrypted. To protect users (particularly minors) we operate automated and human content moderation and safety systems; media may be scanned for illegal or harmful content, and we may quarantine content and make reports required by law (including reports of suspected child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only:
• With other users as you direct (your profile, posts, and Circle content are visible per your connections and settings).
• With service providers who host and operate the app on our behalf (cloud hosting, storage, crash reporting, and push-notification delivery), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
• With integrated services you connect (Apple, Google, Facebook, FamilySearch), governed by their own privacy policies.
• For legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. On deletion, your personal data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where we must retain specific data to comply with legal obligations (for example, records related to safety or law-enforcement reporting). You can also disconnect any integrated third-party service from Settings.
We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit and at rest and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and continuously improve our safeguards.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request access or deletion and exercise “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” — note that we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• EEA/UK (GDPR): you may exercise the rights above and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, contact privacy@relate-360.com. We will verify and respond as required by law.
We operate in the United States; by using the app you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other regions where we or our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
